Inactive Payers
Inactive payers are those who have previously subscribed but are currently not available for initiating payments to vendors. While you can view past transactions for these payers, no new payments can be processed.
Functionalities:

Transactions cannot be processed until they are reactivated.

Details are retained but may not be used for current transactions.
