General Settings

This section includes basic configuration options such as default email preferences, notifications, and other application-wide settings that affect how the platform behaves for your account.
  • Email Notifications
    Turn on the Email Notifications toggle to notify vendors through email about the status of their bills and payments.
  • Bank Account Mapping
    Map the Payer's bank accounts to corresponding GL Accounts in Zenwork Payments to ensure accurate transaction categorization and reconciliation.
  • Bank Charges
    Enable the Bank Charges toggle to Set up and manage the handling of bank charges for payments. Define how bank fees should be recorded and accounted for during payouts.
