Chart of Accounts
The chart of accounts is a list of all the accounts Zenwork Payments uses to manage your financial data. Each account tracks transactions and displays balances, helping you categorize them accurately. Setting up the chart of accounts correctly ensures your financial records are accurate.
Note: If the payer is not imported from QuickBooks, you can manually create new GL accounts to map them to the 1099 boxes. However, if the payer is imported from QuickBooks, you cannot manually create new GL accounts. To create new GL accounts, you must first disconnect from QuickBooks.
