Tracking User Activity with Audit Trail

The Audit Trail allows users to track all key activities and changes made within the Zenwork Payments platform. To access Audit Trail, navigate to the Payers dashboard, click the User Profile icon in the top-right corner of the page, and then select Audit Trail.
Note: Only Super Admins and Admins can access Audit Trail.
On the Audit Trail page, users can filter and view audit logs based on the following criteria:
  • User Role: Select a specific role to view the audit logs related to that role.
  • Date Range: Choose from predefined ranges such as Today, This Week, This Month, This Quarter, This Year, or set a custom date range to narrow down the logs.
  • Event Types: Filter logs by selecting from a list of event categories, including All Events, Payers, Vendors, Auth, Teams, Transactions, Bills, and Approvals.
Based on the selected filters, a detailed log table will display the following information:
  • Date & Time of the activity
  • User Role that performed the action
  • Event Type describing the nature of the action
  • History, if applicable, to show changes made to specific data fields
This feature helps maintain transparency, accountability, and compliance by keeping a clear record of all significant user actions.
