Syncing Data From QuickBooks Desktop
The QuickBooks Desktop tile on the Integrations page is enabled only after successfully importing data from QuickBooks Desktop. Once enabled, you can click Sync Data to sync your data back to QuickBooks Desktop.
Note: The Sync
icon in the top-right corner allows you to view the recent sync status and manually sync the data.

To sync data from QuickBooks Desktop, perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Payers dashboard and select the payer you imported from QuickBooks Desktop to sync their data.
The Payer Overview page appears.
2. From the left panel, select Integrations.
The Integrations tab appears, displaying the accounting software options available for connecting and syncing payers information, associated vendors, bills, transactions, Chart of Accounts (COAs), items, location, and class.
3. Click Sync Data.
The Sync Process dialog box appears, displaying the instructions to sync the data to QuickBooks Desktop. The Sync Summary tab displays the columns such as, Type, Synced to QuickBooks Desktop, Synced to Zenwork Payments, and Errors.
The Synced to QuickBooks Desktop and Synced to Zenwork Payments columns display the number of successful syncs without conflicts for payers, vendors, bills, and COAs, while the Errors column shows the number of conflicts encountered during syncing.
