Requesting Missing Details

To request the missing details for payers, perform the following steps:
1.       Navigate to the Payers dashboard.
2.       On the All tab, select the payers you want to request the details for.
3.       (Optional) Click Request Now if you want to request for only one payer.
4.       Click Request Missing Details.
An email request has been successfully sent to the payers to add their missing information.
